A wedding planner is someone who knows how to organise, plan and coordinate all the aspects of a wedding celebration. A wedding planner is also someone who truly knows the market and how to use the available resources in the most efficient and effective possible way from which the bridal couple will always benefit.
A wedding designer is someone who is responsible for assisting the bridal couple in designing the wedding they always dreamed of, tailoring every aspect to whatever suits them and their lifestyle.
Our bespoke wedding design, coordination and management service is tailored around our clients and we work in whatever way suits you and your lifestyle: out of hours or long distance as required.
After an initial private consultation during which we complete a detailed events and lifestyle questionnaire, we will furnish you with a comprehensive written quotation.
We will work closely with you to ensure we offer venues and suppliers that reflect the type of celebration you require and within your budget. Once the venue(s) is secured we will together begin to fill in the details: from the wedding day wardrobes, design, flowers, stationery, photography and catering, to band and entertainment, the cake and wedding transport. We can arrange a personalized wedding website, introductions to top hair stylists and make-up artists, assistance with guest accommodation and a full concierge service for you and your guests if required.
We work around your schedules and can bring prospective suppliers to you in most cases.
During your wedding our team will manage and oversee the celebration to ensure it runs seamlessly.
