Our first steps are aimed to understand the couple’s desires and their style to be able to design a tailor made wedding and present them several fully customized proposals. In a second phase we plan everything that needs to be done and handle all the wedding details, presenting them with providers information, accompanying them on visits, organizing a day-to-day agenda and have an updated budget at all times. And in the third phase, we supervise and coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, wearing a comprehensive timing approved by all providers involved that day, so that everything will be perfect.

Our fees are a fixed amount and calculated once we have agreed with the couple which aspects of their wedding they want us to manage. What inspires us when organizing and designing a wedding?
When planning weddings as much depends on each wedding couple, their tastes and, of course, your budget. There are couples that are very clear about what they want or at know what they don't want, and in these cases it is much easier to design a wedding. There are ofcourse also other couples who want something different, but do not know what, and in these cases we invest more hours until we found what they like and we do not stop until we find it. We try to learn as much as possible about the couple's tastes and preferences, and from there, once the venue(s) have been chosen, we will also begin to design the rest of the wedding so it will be unique and unrepeatable. The bride and groom are the basis of all our inspiration for our wedding designs and we will introduce them to the suppliers that best fit what they want in order to gradually organize the wedding of their dreams.
What is our favorite part of a wedding process?
Our favorite part of the wedding process is the wedding day, when we see the happy faces of the couple, family and friends and see that everything went as planned. The wedding day, if the previous work is done properly, is the day we enjoy the most, because we see the result of a job well done. This comforts us, fills us and makes us more willing to organize other unique weddings.
What is our favorite part of the job?
In our work, although you might work many hours (also private hours) to make sure everything goes perfectly, what we like most is to realize the dream wedding at whatever it takes with each of the couples who come to us. Every wedding is a new professional challenge and a great effort, but the end result is defenitely worth it.
What do couples value the most on their wedding day?
The couples who hire us, most of all want that everything will be perfect and that they do not have to worry about anything. The assurance that there is a wedding planner, along with his or her team, who is contracted to coordinate and supervise everything and who also reminds them what to do at all times and who takes care of their guests, is something that is priceless. Knowing that their wedding is not like any other and that it will be special and unique, is also what is valued very much. We, as professionals recommend that the most important aspect where couples should invest more is in the venue for the banquet, a wedding celebrated in a venue that misses essential details, however beautiful it may be, can turn the wedding celebration into a failure or may result that guests will leave with a bad impression. The same goes for the restaurant and catering services. The couple has to be ensured not only about the quality of the dishes, but also and above all that staff and the service are of a 5 star quality. On the wedding day nothing may go wrong, because it is a once in a lifetime event.
Another aspect that is not highly valued, but which we give a lot of importance is the selection of the photographer. The photos on the wedding day are a memory that will last a lifetime and the couple can’t make a mistake in choosing the wrong photographer so that afterwards are not expected as they expected. They should ensure themselves that they are hiring an experienced wedding photographer and that it will be him or her, and no other, who will make the photos on their wedding and that it will be him or her who will make the album they wanted.

Finally, what is the best advice from Obvius Weddings can give to couples who are facing their wedding day?
The best advice we can give is to arrive relaxed at your wedding day and enjoy your big day, whether you have hired the services of a Wedding Planner or not, and try to get the best of everything occurs. Couples should think of themselves , it is their big day. Do not worry about having to greeting all the guests, especially when it comes to big weddings. Many couples miss the appetizer or part of their dinner by wanting to talk to everyone or wanting to take pictures with everyone. We advise them to enjoy everything that happens that day from the start, and if you have many guests and you can not greet everyone, than your guests will understand that perfectly. And if you hire a good wedding photographer, you do not have to take pictures with each and every one, because the photographer and will be taking photos during the day at which everyone will be photographed.
